This page explains what information oceanic-clinic.com collects, how it is used, and who else handles it.

The website is operated by BB8 LLC, doing business as Oceanic Clinic (“Oceanic Clinic,” “we,” “us”), Oriental Tower, Suite 1005, 290 Ave. Jesús T. Piñero, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00918.

1. What we collect

• What you choose to send us. When you fill in the consultation form, we receive your name, phone number, and, if you add them, your email and message. We also record the language you were viewing the site in and the time you sent it. The same goes for emails you write to us and calls you make to us.
• Technical data your browser sends. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Your language choice. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it on your own device so the site opens in that language next time. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.

2. Health information

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send detailed medical history through the form or by email. Share only what you need to ask for a consultation, and we will go over the details with you in person.

This website is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. How we use it

We use the information you send us to call you back, schedule your consultation, and provide our services. By sending the form, you ask us to contact you at the number you gave. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

4. Calls and text messages

When you send the form, our team calls you back about your request. If you also tick the box to receive calls and texts, we may contact you at that number with appointment reminders and offers, and some messages may be sent using automated technology. Agreeing is optional and is not required to book.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling or texting at any time using the contact details below.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

5. Who else handles it

• Google stores the form submissions in our Google Sheets and Gmail account, and receives the emails you send us. Our staff who return calls see them there.
• Hostinger hosts this website. Its servers and content delivery network process the technical data described above.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site. Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Instagram only if you follow the link to our profile. Instagram’s own privacy policy applies there.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our records, and for as long as the law requires.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep by law. Write or call us using the details below.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

1. Qué información recopilamos

• Lo que tú decides enviarnos. Cuando llenas el formulario de consulta, recibimos tu nombre, tu teléfono y, si los añades, tu correo electrónico y tu mensaje. También guardamos el idioma en que veías el sitio y la hora del envío. Lo mismo aplica a los correos que nos escribas y a las llamadas que nos hagas.
• Datos técnicos que envía tu navegador. Como en cualquier sitio web, nuestro proveedor de hospedaje recibe información técnica básica cuando nos visitas, como tu dirección IP, el tipo de navegador y las páginas que visitas. Se usa para mostrar el sitio y mantenerlo seguro.
• Tu idioma. Si escoges un idioma, tu navegador lo recuerda en tu propio dispositivo para que el sitio abra en ese idioma la próxima vez. Esa preferencia se queda en tu dispositivo y no nos llega.

Este sitio web no usa cookies de publicidad, herramientas de analítica ni píxeles de rastreo.

2. Información de salud

El correo electrónico no es un medio seguro. Por favor, no envíes tu historial médico detallado por el formulario ni por correo. Comparte solo lo necesario para pedir tu consulta y repasaremos los detalles contigo en persona.

Este sitio web no es para emergencias. Si tienes una emergencia médica, llama al 911.

3. Cómo la usamos

Usamos la información que nos envías para llamarte, coordinar tu consulta y ofrecerte nuestros servicios. Al enviar el formulario, nos pides que te contactemos al número que nos diste. No vendemos ni alquilamos tu información personal, y no la compartimos con nadie para su propio mercadeo.

4. Llamadas y mensajes de texto

Cuando envías el formulario, nuestro equipo te llama para atender tu solicitud. Si además marcas la casilla para recibir llamadas y mensajes de texto, podemos contactarte a ese número con recordatorios de citas y ofertas, y algunos mensajes pueden enviarse con tecnología automatizada. Aceptar es opcional y no es necesario para reservar.

La frecuencia de los mensajes varía. Pueden aplicar cargos por mensajes y datos. Responde STOP a cualquier mensaje para dejar de recibirlos, o HELP para recibir ayuda. También puedes pedirnos en cualquier momento que dejemos de llamarte o escribirte, usando la información de contacto de abajo.

No compartimos tu número de celular ni tu consentimiento para mensajes de texto con terceros ni afiliados para su propio mercadeo.

5. Quién más la maneja

• Google guarda los formularios que nos envías en nuestra cuenta de Google Sheets y Gmail, y recibe los correos que nos escribes. Allí los ve nuestro personal que devuelve las llamadas.
• Hostinger hospeda este sitio web. Sus servidores y su red de distribución de contenido procesan los datos técnicos descritos arriba.
• Google Fonts provee la tipografía del sitio. Google recibe tu dirección IP cuando carga la página.
• Instagram solo si sigues el enlace a nuestro perfil. Allí aplica la política de privacidad de Instagram.

También podemos divulgar información cuando la ley lo requiera.

6. Por cuánto tiempo la guardamos

Guardamos tus mensajes el tiempo necesario para contestarte y mantener nuestros récords, y por el tiempo que exija la ley.

7. Tus opciones

Puedes pedirnos saber qué información tenemos sobre ti, corregirla o borrarla, salvo los récords que la ley nos obligue a conservar. Escríbenos o llámanos con la información de abajo.

8. Menores de edad
